Ghiradelli Chocolate, Febreze, Lysol Wipes, Loreal Cleanser, Children's Tylenol, huggies Diapers, Gillette Shampoo and Conditioner, Rimmel Fiondation and Extreme Energy Shot - Loreal, shampoo, conditioner, energy shot and make up will sell well at yard sale. Rest is for me - yum! Ghiradelli Chocolate! It so makes me want to go to San Fran and hit the Ghiradelli Cafe for a chocolate milkshake. Use the $5/$20 and you have a great bargain.

I'm Back and Ready

Ok, it's been a couple of weeks since I posted so I figured it was about time.

Mom and I leave in less than 48 hours for our mini vacation to Sedona Arizona. The plan - relax, relax and relax.

Chicken Meatloaf

Weight Watchers Chicken Meatloaf Recipe

1 pound of ground chicken
1/2 cup of seasoned dry breadcrumbs
3/4 cup chunky salsa
1 egg, beaten
1/4 teaspoon pepper



Mix all ingredients really well. Put into pan - shape into loaf. Bake at 350 degrees for 1 hour with tin foil on it, another 15-30 mins without the foil. YUM!!

Yard Sale

YEAH! I had my first yard sale and it was so successful for being my first time. I'm exhausted and I'm so looking forward to my upcoming vacation!!! I guess I didn't think about adding in what I made - I made $1,144.25 - yeah!!!!!!!!

Results of Ear Candling

OK, so the ear candling was not that exciting. After getting it done my ears have felt very dry inside. Jeff seems to be fine. It was definitely not worth the money to do it. Oh well, I like to try new things.

Ear Candling

Jeff and I are going to the Wingate Spa today to have ear candling done. I know there is much scepticism about this but I have to find out for myself if it will help with my headaches. Anyone have this done before?

Yard Sale Preparation

So it's official - the weather is suppose to be nice on Saturday to have my first yard sale at our home. Last week it was postponed due to the weather. Most of the pricing is done - I still do have a little bit of pricing to do with some of the items in the basement but that should be done tonight. My brother and Timmy are helping Friday night to bring the stuff up from the basement. Sat morning will be an early one so I can get everything set up by 7:30AM for those early birds. Stay tuned for photos and results later this weekend.

YUM! Pineapple Cobbler!

I got this idea from someone else's blog that I view who cooks so I thought why not, it's a great idea. Sidra and Timmy made pineapple cobbler this weekend. It is kind of a weight watchers recipe but definitely higher in pts than most other WW desserts.

You will need the following:
2 Bags of frozen fruit (we used pineapple)
1 Box of yellow cake mix
12 ozs can of Diet Sprite or Diet 7-Up
1 9 x 13 pan














Place both bags of fruit, do not thaw - into pan. Sprinkle dry cake mix over the fruit. (can't make pic go the right way)


Pour can of soda over the cake mix.


Cover with foil and bake for 20 mins at 350 degrees.


Uncover and bake an additional 40 mins. Serves 12 and estimated at 5-6 pts per piece.


This was delicious!! Sidra really enjoyed helping to make it.
